We contacted the owner through the Expedia app shortly after arrival and requested assistance, but received no response. As a result, we had to abandon our stay and book alternative accommodation. “There was black mold in the shower, hairs on the bed, ants in the bedrooms and they got in our luggage and on the bed. No ac in the bedrooms we had to open our doors so the window mounted ac in the hallway cooled the rooms leaving us with no privacy. I rented for a week and only stayed like 6 hrs and left real early, Called customer service and the host only refund 30% of our money and the customer care was not able to do anything about it. Overall a terrible experience!”

“Absolutely not recommended area so loud outside music so load all the nights , apartment no maintenance , shower danger leaking kids burned no way set up water temperature boiling water leaking from faucet handle . Beds so dirt , all blinds broken missing door locks loose, it’s not worth 50 per night . ”
