It is a few minutes walk to Park Av with supermarket, 7 eleven, a big self-service laundry, and a very delicious yet cheap Chinese take-away. The host is friendly, helpful and respond quickly to enquiries. This is an economic alternative accommodation to reach NYC Times Square by bus, which takes about 20 minutes when off peak hours.」

「Frank was fantastic. Quick to reply to any questions I had. Apartment was very clean , the linens were super clean and smelled clean. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with steep steps. So you'll have to haul your luggage. he provided everything that was needed plus more. The apartment is in a great location across the street from CVS, a Hispanic super market and many other eateries. Definitely staying again when we return. 」

Good variety of walkable food markets around (e.g Food Bazaar ).Bus is super easy to use - 2 mins away and is 4.10 each way (for adult ) and drops off at port authority in mid town. 「This is a property in the basement . Door directly facing the garbage refuse area. The stairway to get to this basement apartment is very steep and unclean, there were cockroaches roaming around outside the apartment, the apartment itself was decent on the inside . The location is good too. How ever the garbage refuse area and the unclean stairway downstairs are very off putting . This again may / may not be in the host’s control, hence the 4 stars. 」
