Location: a 10-minute walk from the Old Town and 5 min walk the famous "Mahané Yehouda" markets, 2 minutes from the tram and restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping malls.



The Space:

The living room is full of light thanks to the high windows. Kitchen is fully equipped and contains basic amenities. Kitchen is part of the living room. The bedroom spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The room quiet despite the central location of the place. You can close the blinds for a dark atmosphere. Shades are ultra modern electrical blinds.

The toilets are inside the bathroom and washing machine is available on spot.

You will be able to enjoy also from TV and free WiFi in the entire apartment.

I provide my guests with fresh linens and towels.



Guest Access:

The entire apartment and all of its amenities are available to you, including a private parking

spot. The building has an incredible garden that is located on the 10th floor and overlooks the

city that you are welcome to use.

Moreover, one of the standout features of this property is its remarkable proximity to numerous historical and cultural landmarks. Within easy reach, you'll find the renowned Old City of Jerusalem, the revered Hakotel (Wailing Wall), the bustling Machne Yehuda market, the captivating City of David, the fashionable Mamilla area, and many more captivating sites.



In addition to the historical significance, the area is brimming with bustling markets, diverse shops, and a multitude of delightful restaurants. Furthermore, the presence of lively pubs and bars adds to the vibrant atmosphere, providing an exciting experience for both tourists and locals alike.

Getting Around:

All modes of transportation and famous attractions are just a few minutes' walk away. The building is conveniently located right along Jaffa Street, where the tramway passes between Jaffa Center station and HaDavidka station.



The perfect central location provides easy and convenient access to public transportation, including the tramway, as well as a host of Jerusalem's attractions within walking distance, such as:



Mahane Yehuda Market,

Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall,

Mamilla complex.

An ideal stay in Yerushalayim!

Very highly recommend! The apartment itself was clean, well designed, modern and comfortable. Hot water worked well once we figured out how to use it, the AC was excellent, and the black out electric shades in the bedrooms were helpful for those bright Jerusalem sunrises. The view was beyond words incredible both in the morning and at night. We loved sitting on the porch and taking in the sounds and panoramic sites of Yerushalayim. And the location was excellent as well within easy walking distance to Ben yehuda, machane yehuda/shuk, and geula. Buses and the light rail and many eateries and great stores around. The old city/kotel was about a half hour walk, a bit longer but doable. Shabbos stay was very comfortable with a shabbos elevator, hot plate, hot water urn provided and the building/aptmt set up for shabbat observance. There is also a beautiful terrace for building residents to visit on the 10th floor. The host Jacob was extremely responsive and got back within minutes to my questions. Looking forward to coming back for another stay!
