「The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. 「We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was a definite highlight—delicious and incredibly varied. Every morning we enjoyed a huge spread of fresh fruits, several kinds of cheeses, and a great selection of fresh breads. The drink station was equally impressive, featuring a variety of fresh juices, quality coffee, and comforting hot chocolate. It was the perfect way to fuel up before exploring Cusco.」

「Property manager assisted me when I arrived late to the hotel and went out of his way to assist me in getting a taxi to my scheduled tour and to the airport. The breakfast provided was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.」

「The room is clean and cosy. However, the ventilation is bad if the window is closed. Also, the noise from the other room was heard. Staff there are very nice, coca tea was provided at checkin and the room is available even before checkin time. There are only limited food choices for breakfast. However, packed breakfast is available if need to leave early.」

「Great service and friendly staff. It is a noisy area so if you are a light sleeper it might not work for you. But after a day of touring I was too tired to care. The entrance doesn’t allow for cars to drive so you will have to walk from the plaza. Most taxi services we worked with helped us with our suitcases so it wasn’t too bad. Also they stop check-ins at midnight so make sure you get there before then. 」
