“This is a pretty expensive hotel for the location. The reception was closed and I had to call for help at the pool VHF-radio... Very few people speaks English. I stayed in a suite, which has a nice bed, almost the only good thing about the place. On day 2 afternoon I wanted to take a shower, but as on day 1 no hot water and after a few attempts no water at all, not even cold. No reception. We were greeted by someone that spoke no english which was quite uneasy seeing as how we just arrived on the island at 6pm (sunset) and wanted to familiarize ourselves with the space.
