「Eco friendly property in a beautiful, lush, and tranquil environment. The staff was exceptional in making me feel welcomed, and ensuring that all of my needs and expectations were met. The meals were delicious and I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner who took time out of his day to have coffee with me and tell me the history of the property. 「First the staff- immensely polite and helpful. Clean, elegant, detail oriented lobby, restaurant (s) and rooms. Very minimalist in design but everything is extremely well thought out and Marriott quality. Rooms were very quiet. Great rooftop bar and pool- minutes from the airport and whatever you do, don’t miss their 5 star breakfast buffet - it’s worth it! Also - close to modern mall to find anything you may have forgotten at home some great food trucks just outside, little market, pharmacy etc...

「Great atmosphere and very quiet and serene. Flew in from Orlando, Florida and stayed the night here. The host was very accommodating and helpful. Suggested us to go to Doka coffee farm and it was amazing. Really good coffee. The view here is very nice and the breakfast was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.」

「The door lock was broken in my room. They also left the bathroom window opened just a couple inches so mosquitos got in. Airport shuttle frequency & hours are not enough. They should extend the hours for airport pick up an increase frequency during “rush” hour. Breakfast was included & had a good variety. We also had dinner at the restaurant which had great service and good food.」

「My only complaint is the noise. While I understand that the hotel sits close to the panamerican highway I expected a little more quiet environment in the room.」

「The property did not have any fully handicapped accessible restrooms. None of the restrooms had grab bars, nor elevated toilet seats. Much else was fine, but if I had known about the lack of adequate accessibility I would have definitely stayed elsewhere.」
