The place was clean and staff was nice but this is an old property. The hallways look horrible and dated, the matresses are not comfortable and bathrooms are the worst part

The property is very run down and outdated. Room was not that clean either. The service from staff was subpar. I booked this place because it said it included free airport shuttle. When I arrived, the front desk guy tells me the last shuttle from hotel to airport was at 1:15pm and I would beed to pay for a taxi to get to the airport. I couldn’t wait to leave. Best if guests book the Homewood Hilton Suites just down the road from this hotel, which is new, clean and airport shuttle runs for free until 1am.

Es una propiedad antigua y se nota en las habitaciones, sin embargo la limpieza y amplitud es mas que suficiente.
Me parece que seria bueno contar con elevadores en las unidades de las habitaciones pues subir maletas pesadas 3 pisos por la escalera (como en mi caso) si es pesado.
El staff, muy amable y atento, sin duda hacen bien su trabajo.

Solo pasamos una noche ya que salíamos al otro día de viaje, tiene buena localización porque está cerca del aereopuerto. El personal excelente, al cuarto le hacía falta cariño porque se ve un poco viejo y olía mucho a humedad. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno.

This property was very clean and well cared for. It’s not a five star, but it’s great for the value.
I only surprise, and this was my fault for not seeing this on my reservation, was that my bed was in a loft area and I had to walk down a very narrow staircase to go to the toilet and back in the middle of the night. The furniture is also pretty dated and uncomfortable in the sitting area. I don’t really care about that kind of stuff, but I thought that somebody else might.
The pool and restaurant area are really great as is the complementary breakfast. It’s not just a continental breakfast. It is a full meal.

Room had an awkward design, steps to upstairs loft where bed was located were very narrow and unstable. Do not recommend if you have large frame or small children as it would be very dangerous. Breakfast and pool grounds were wonderful.

Zimmer war eines der schlechtesten auf unserer Reise. Boden sehr dreckig. Alles in die Jahre gekommen. Fliesen kaputt. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht nochmals buchen. Frühstück war jedoch ok.

⭐⭐⭐ We had a mix of really great moments and a few that were hard to overlook.
The highlights first.. because there were many. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were so thankful for early check-in after a long travel day (16+ hours for me and nearly 20 for my daughter). The restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast buffet each morning was such a great start to our day. The grounds and pool area are beautiful and relaxing, and the free airport shuttle made everything super convenient. It was also easy to grab transportation into the city for a day trip, which we loved.
That said, there were a few things that impacted our stay. There’s no elevator, so carrying luggage up was a bit tough after such long travel. The bigger issue, though, was mold in the bathroom. Staff did come up quickly and clean it off the ceiling, which we appreciated, but it had already started coming back by the next day.
We stayed two nights, and in hindsight I probably should have asked to switch rooms. That first night, though, we were completely exhausted and my daughter was already half asleep.. I didn’t have it in me to repack everything or make a fuss. The staff was very apologetic, but I do feel like a room change or some kind of accommodation should have been offered without needing to ask.
The property itself really is beautiful, and I’m sure many guests have a great experience here. Unfortunately, based on our stay, I wouldn’t return.

I hate giving a poor rating for staff because most were very nice except for person working the front desk Saturday evening. We arrived back from a 14 hour excursion to find 3 of our 4 rooms the keys didn’t work. No apologies given. As far as cleanliness, they never cleaned toilet before we checked in. There was a floater. We had no refrigerator in the room and blinds to patio didn’t work. The one pro is that it’s close to the airport.

the place could be updated a bit : the rooms are a bit old but the beds are comfortable... and the pool more equipped with more towels and chairs.
