"We had a truly outstanding experience at this hotel. The staff were so helpful, friendly and attentive to every detail, even to the extent of delivering to us at the airport a phone charging cable we’d accidentally left behind in our room after checking out! It was probably one of the best customer experiences we have ever come across anywhere in the world and far better than the vast majority of five star hotels we have stayed in elsewhere (and we’ve stayed in dozens all over the world)....

"The room was large, breakfast good , close to the station and laundry facilities are an added bonus. The room with a city view is facing the high speed railway and really noisy. The view is very far away. When I asked for a quiet room I was told that the high speed stops at 10.30 but there was a loud drilling sound till about 1.30 am keeping me awake. If you’re a light sleeper do not opt for this room. The receptionist said Longmen grotto is $10 from the hotel but I went to the road and took a...
