"정조우동 기차역에서 950미터 거리에 있어서 짐이 무겁지 않으면 걸어가기 나쁘지 않은 거리였음. 전체적으로 나쁘지는 않음. 조식이나 직원들 응대 서비스도 나쁘지 않았고, 룸상태도 나쁘지 않았지만 화장실이나 샤워하는 게 살짝 비치는 불투명 유리라서 둘이 사용하기에는 조금 민망했음. 정조우 공항까지 택시로 40분 거리에 있음. "

The staff were so helpful, friendly and attentive to every detail, even to the extent of delivering to us at the airport a phone charging cable we’d accidentally left behind in our room after checking out! It was probably one of the best customer experiences we have ever come across anywhere in the world and far better than the vast majority of five star hotels we have stayed in elsewhere (and we’ve stayed in dozens all over the world)....
