「We had a great stay at Holiday Inn. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help us. The hotel was also great. The condition was excellent and the location was first class. It’s literally on top of a metro station and opposite a food court. Would definitely recommend to friends and family who are visiting that part of Shanghai 」

「I booked one king size bed private hot spring room in Expedia, but the hotel system shows double beds private hot spring room when I arrived. The front desk took 10 min to get me the right one. However, when I entered the room, it was totally uncleaned. Looked like someone just left the room without cleaning. Used towel in the bath, used towel on the floor, and the hot spring is still filled with hot water...... I had to called the front desk and ask them get me a room again..... Totally ruined...

「这次清明小假期选择在上海周边走走，因为是自驾的小短途，没有选择人流密集的景区酒店，而是在稍微远离景点的地方落脚。 青浦的卓越铂尔曼酒店是前不久新开的，装修保持着铂尔曼一贯的水准，很多小细节都能体现出设计品味。例如隐藏式的床头灯，转角浴缸，雾面玻璃、L型转角冰箱柜等等。这类设计的造价成本都很高，能够如此下血本打造细节，让身为工业设计师的男友颇有好感。 床品质量一如既往是我最为关心的问题，铂尔曼定制的羽绒枕真的非常舒服，我的颈椎不太好，太软的枕头会不适应，这个枕头恰到好处。第二天一早直接睡死过去，由此可见，睡眠体验还是很好的… 除此之外，酒店还提供许多不同种类的床上用品可供选择，有需求的话可以和前台提出。 酒店有提供自行车租借服务，可以在周边汽车逛逛。貌似还有去景点的接驳车，因为是自驾就没有体验这项服务。 以前外出会住富有体验感的民宿比较多，现在反而更喜欢品质保证的五星级酒店了。」
