"This property has a very bad odor from the pets including the vacuum. The shower and bathroom was not clean dead bugs and a whole lot of dog hair everywhere "

"Well they booked me into the wrong room at first, corrected that finally at 11pm. No power the next morning i went down i needed a plug for hair dryer they didnt have one even though they were running on a generator. No coffee either. You would habe thought they would have had a better plan. I know our weekend away was ruined"

"I have stayed in a lot of hotels, even other Red Roof Inn's hit this by far was the absolute worse one. I asked for joining rooms, didn’t get it. The front entrance area smelled awful. The front girl was nice but that was it. Here's a list of just some things wrong with this hotel: 1. Rooms were completely disgusting. We switched rooms because of dirtiness all to get even another dirty two rooms. They smelled of mold. I went to the store and got bleach to wipe things down. It did nit help. Between the curry smell, the mold and the dirtyness of the rooms, it was unbearable. 2. All linens were dirty and stained. It looked like the previous person there, the lines were left. Towels filfty, sheets had pee, blood and other stains on them. 3. Heat didnt work. You turned it on and the burning pee smell was horrible. We had no heat. 4. Bathtubs were filfty. Looks like they have never been cleaned. 5. Patched up holes in all the walls. Some of the floor was even missing. 6. Some of the outlets didn’t work. 7. Lamps full of dust. 8. Landline phone didn’t work at all. You couldn't dial the front desk if you wanted to. 9. Cockroaches on the floor. A couple were dead, a couple more alive. 10. Bullet holes in one of the rooms on the wall. 11. Refrigerator so dirty. 12. Dried blood on the lampshades. This hotel should be condemned. It is absolutely the worst hotel i have ever seen in my life. The area itself is ok and close to the highway but do not stay here ever."

"Amenities rated low due to power outage from 6pm at check-in on Friday, Mar 13 til 9:30am Sat, Mar 14. Staff were very polite to those who were rather perturbed about no hot water and electricity."
