「The staff was helpful and great. The property on the other hand needs serious help. Room 211 opened with the push of a finger when I used the key so I went inside and shut the door harder and with one finger on the latch it swung open. I tried shutting the door harder and had the same results. Have two videos of myself being able to push or pull the door open with one finger. I couldn’t stay in the room as my items wouldn’t be secure when I wasn’t inside and able to latch the security lock. I...

「I’ve been wanting to try out all of the different hotels when visiting and this was my second time here in Alice. This property is by far better than others. It’s clean, and the property isn’t run down. I didn’t have to dodge potholes like the last one I stayed at that extremely close by. No awful smells and it was a safe location.」

「One of the worst places I have ever stayed in the rooms were musty and had a leak on the ceiling and they’re breakfast was not at all what I expected from the reviews but I guess you get what you pay for next time I will pay a little more and stay somewhere better」

「They have nice maintained rooms Best beds Kept beds made daily Slack in wash clothes and towels Could offer blankets for beds Overall it’s a great place to stay. Great rates This was my 4th stay Definitely my top pick of Motels in Falfurrias」

「Staff was friendly and helpful.」

「The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Had to leave to go rent another hotel. Bugs everywhere and filth. The room had a foul smell and sheets are dirty. Bathroom shower curtain was so dirty I didn’t even think of taking a shower. I was there for like 2 hours couldn’t sleep and left. Luckily i had my own blankets and slept on them but still had bugs crawling. Stray cats outside on the parking lot. They should update the pictures because it doesn’t look nothing alike. I would have thought for the...

「House was beautiful very comfortable. Will definitely stay again.」

「It was an interesting stay to say the least! Quite a few unexpected things happened but Lynda was on top of it and made it right even ordering a hot plate for me to use while the stove situation was being dealt with! Very responsive host appreciated all her communication!」

「Hotel was disgusting. Very dirty. There was a possum outside our door. Bathroom was disgusting. Mattress had rips and stains. Just horrible. No wonder it was so cheap.」

「Clean & Quiet」

「Room had a solid desk space for working on some things, WiFi helped keep me connected throughout my stay.」

「Just a bland room 」

「We were given a tour of a mini area with exotic animals the woman who took us was very friendly and informative. The facility we stayed in was very nice and cozy . They had a restaurant literally a few steps away and you can order food they actually take to your room . I highly recommend to anyone trying to breathe and get away from city life」
