“The house is exactly as the pictures show. There are no direct neighbours so being a little bit noisy at night was not a problem at all. Enjoy the sun and the great views from the veranda. The house was clean. I would have liked a few further items in the kitchen but I informed the agency and they told me they will buy these. Generally good communication. We may come back!”

“We stayed 9-23rd August in this amazing house. The owner was so good to us and the handover agent Sharon was amazing as there is a lot to this wonderful home. The area it is in is stunning. You do need a car as it is a distance from amenities, however, Taxi and Uber services are plentiful. The house is very comfortable and there were things like washing powder, dishwasher tablets, condiments and so much more there. You were asked to replace anything that ran out but great to have this. “Lovely house with a spectacular view. Our family of five had a wonderful stay here for a week. The host was super helpful, the house clean and spacious and well maintained and equipped with an excellent sized pool and outside space. ”

The pool and fully air conditioned villa provided welcome respite from the August heat when needed and the patio furniture enabled family card games and al fresco dining in the early evening. It had everything we needed, with amazing views and proximity to the beach!We loved Old Estepona accessible by a lovely long walk along the beach path or short uber/taxi ride. At the end of a day of sightseeing or long lunches it was nice to come back to such a wonderful relaxed environment.It was very family friendly, especially in the warmer months when you can sit outside and enjoy the views. “Amazing villa for a family of 10, including 2 children under 6. Very well appointed and had everything that you would need and more! Very clean and having 4 en-suites was definitely a bonus. A little bit out of Estepona and we would recommend having access to a couple of cars, however easy to book taxis if needed.”

“We wanted a large property for our extended family to enjoy a wedding in nearby San Pedro. Villa Lina is excellent, with great facilities. There were a couple of very minor issues: some of the outside lights don't work and the large umbrellas don't have stands so cannot be used, but overall we had a lovely time and the property suited us very well.
