Miranda

In general, I had a pleasant accommodation experience for my business trip and the receptionists were helpful. However, I was not really happy about the payment options to pay at the hotel i reserved while discovering the hotel receptionist had already authorize the payment via my credit card before i checked in on my last day. In addition, I had informed the receptionist how i would like to make the payment in the first place, so what it happened really upsets me.

A wonderful surprise stay

Room - spacious, clean and bright. Breakfast - more local dishes. Good quality. Location - shopping mall beside and opposite the street. Staff - very efficient, friendly and helpful. 5 minutes check in and room is ready (althought I booked 30 minutes before arrival). Book a cab for me and ensure I board correct car next day.

A so-so hotel

The hotel is in an area being developed. So at night it is pretty desolate.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
