「The help desk was extremely helpful. I had trouble with the previous booking (the hostel was closed down) yet hotels.com still allowed the booking to happen. The reception helped me find the relevant telephone to contact. Will definitely recommend staying here again! 」

「Housekeeping is very good very proactive and when I am always putting down the curtain they open it one day to let me see the good view as I have thought my room has no good view initially. The restaurant staff are very busy but one early morning when I need to pack up to go the expatriate chef come out to ask me whether I need to pack coffee to go too and he uses Chinese. I was thinking as they are so busy I better not ask for coffee to go but the staff are very proactive 」

「一打開窗戶就可以看到靜安寺，非常棒的角色。 交通非常方便，靜安寺站12號出口出來（此處上樓才有手扶梯），馬上就到了。附近還有Lawson可以買東西，餐廳也很多選擇！ 飯店整體服務算還不錯，只是大廳房務人員講話都沒有在看人的，其餘打掃的服務人員則是非常非常有禮貌。 房間雖然燈光有點昏暗，但整體住起來非常舒適，床也很舒服，空間很大，廁所乾淨。隔音不是很好，外頭用力關門的聲音都能聽到，走廊講話聲音也很清楚。」

「This is like a little hideaway, when the cab pulled up to the building there’s just an elevator door to get into the hotel on the 3rd floor. The staff was exceptional and helped us with everything from locations of restaurants, subways, and things to do I would give them an A+ and would recommend this place.」
