"My booking was for 2 rooms with 2 QUEEN BEDS, for 2 and 3 adults. When I get there, they were insisting that they have only 2 double beds room. And if I want a room for 3, I need to pay extra. My voucher specifically states that we are 3 adults and room should have 2 queen beds and I insisted on that. The Manager asked me what is the measurement of the queen bed in my voucher insisting that it means double bed only. Holiday Inn is an international chain that should adhere to international...
