「This is a clean, comfortable apartment located in a gated community at the top of Paseo del Lago. Ideal for one or two people.It is older construction and there's no A/C, but Joel has provided a fan for those warm afternoons.It's about a 5-10 minute walk down to the carretera, For a long stay, you'll probably want some wheels: bus, bike rental, and rideshare apps all work well.There's no clothes dryer, but the host provides a rack to set your clothes outside to dry if you wish.I really liked...

「The house was great. The location is great. Next to lots of eating establishments. Near 2 banks (ATMs). Near the Lake Chapala Society, all within 5 or 6 blocks. The neighbors and neighborhood are so friendly and kind. The host was on it. When we needed anything, he made sure his on call maintenance guy was there. Not sure how he did this in Mexico but the guy was here within 1 or 2 hours even on a Sunday. Love the place and the host. So sad to leave. 」

「Its a very peaceful place very close to everything we will come back 」

「I was on the fence about this place days prior to using it. Communication with the host made me comfortable. Total of 5 family members. Everyone was comfortable. A/c system was a big plus along with hot water for the shower. All cooking utensils were there. We rented a small van that fitted 7 people and it fit perfectly in the secured parking space. Not once did we have to contact the host. The place is a little tricky to find. Will be using this rental again. Highly recommended getting a...

「Place is lovely. Clean, friendly hosts, beautiful courtyard and easy parking right in front. Great space! Always felt safe, felt safe everywhere we went. Definitely recommend. The only downside is no air conditioning and during the day if we stopped or a few nights, it was pretty warm even with the fans. 」

「I would not stay here again. the freezer was frozen and leaked on the floor. no extra blankets, the bathroom was not clean and had hair on the flor and hair on the shower floor. The place should have been half the price with the condition it was in. the worst stay I have ever had with an expedia property !」

「Robert suggested restaurants that were very good. Especially Viva Mexico! The stay was enjoyable. The flowers in the yard are beautiful! The Racket Club is a nice area to be in!」

It provided a great place for family and friends to meet, visit and relax between all the wedding events. The house is also close to the center of the town so we were able to walk everywhere.
