Hotel was average, few issues. Upon checkin bedsheets were dirty, staff quickly changed our rooms same issue in second room but then changed sheets. Breakfast was ok. Facilities ok. Most annoying this was no hot water for shower in the morning. The second day the water in shower kept going hot cold, hot cold. Told staff came to check but no resolution. Checkout called staff to collect bags, had breakfast bags were not in lobby. Had an hour to collect. Ended up going to collect ourselves. Overall Average.

The lobby was too dark, depressing, not welcoming. Furniture dated and dirty. And the most annoying thing was the smell in lobby. The so called ‘scents’ smelled awful.

Not a good value for money
Service in the hotel was not upto the mark- it was slow be it room service or service in the restaurant. Food options for breakfast as well as taste were not meeting the original quality. Overall it did not provide a good value for money.

Not a 5-star experience
Poor experience in a crowded property with terrible service. We had a accessible room for our parents where the shower chair broke while in use and could have resulted in a serious health situation. Basic check and maintenance of shower and rooms were not performed. The staff was helpful but ineffective and it felt like we were in a budget hotel and not a 5-star.

The Hotel.does not advertise as a purely vegetarian Hotel. Which was a nasty One of the room # 221 did not have lights all night. When we went to the room to check in, the door was wide open. Room Dining did not know that they have espresso coffee and told me there is no coffee other then instant coffee.

3 star the most - definitely not 5
3* star hotel at max. Poor standard as for Raddison. Overall, very disappointed with the hotel, starting with the room, facilities and breakfast. Bad points: the room is small, very old and in need of an an update and repair. The room was dirty, the floor doesn’t seem to be washed for a very long time, the rug wasn’t vacuumed, lots of hair and other things on it. The cutlery was left from previous stay without being washed. The bed is not comfy. The walls are thin and you need ear plugs to sleep unless you are on the top floor. The drainage doesn’t work properly and you have water everywhere in the bathroom after the shower - we complained and nobody even bothered to fix it.Breakfast is very limited. Good points: the staff is polite. The water pressure is great and the pillows are nice.

Beautiful hotel and pool . Staff were exceptionally helpful and kind . Our room was spacious with a small kitchen area .Bottles of water replenished daily . Thank you to our waiter Ajune for his wonderful service . Mr.Bhupender , concierge was helpful and always fun to talk to . He arranged a knowledgeable guide to tour the fort and palace and walk through the old city .

Overnight in Jodhpur
A pleasant hotel with its own grounds. The food is all vegeterian which was great for us. The food was great as is always in India We were given a traditional welcome which was really nice

Toliet was unclean and had human excrement of the outside of it, brought it to the attention of reception, however the next day it was still dirty leading us to have to call reception again. The swimming poo had a load of dead bugs floating on the surface

Amazing heritage property
Great hotel nice heritage property would have been nice to know it was a complete veg hotel with no meat or eggs before booking but other than that it was a great stay
