"my handicapped accessible room had everything I needed -wheelchair easily navigated all spaces, etc. The food /room service was amazing. I ordered breakfast as well as dinner through room service on two occasions. It was yummy and had a beautiful presentation. Also, My sisters and their kids came to visit (4 hungry teens). We ordered appetizers up to the room after enjoying the pool. Though the portion I ordered were more than ample, all food seemed to disappear in a flash!!!! Housekeeping was very responsive as was the front desk team. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Thank you for a terrific four day stay!!"

"I have to start with the valet staff… they were absolute gentlemen and provided superior customer service from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed (stayed 3 nights). Our room was clean and cozy, and the housekeeping staff was friendly and attentive. The rooftop bar served excellent drinks, with an outstanding bartender and waitstaff who made the experience even better. The views were gorgeous, and the hotel truly exudes luxury while still feeling warm and welcoming. We even enjoyed a personal shuttle service into town courtesy of the valet team, such a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’ll absolutely be back. Already looking forward to our next visit."
