Although this is near the river, we thought cleaning up some of the weeds in/around the yard may help keep the mosquitoes down. Also, a few newer cooking pans would be great. Otherwise, such a peaceful retreat. ”

“The Mint was very clean. The queen bed upstairs was very hard as others stated. Maybe a mattress topper needed. Sheets and towels need replacing. ”

“We had a great time at the lake cottage. Everything was as listed and in good condition. We were looking for a quiet place on a lake and that is exactly what we got. We really loved the added bonus of the little boat and trolling motor. We were able to get around the entire lake on a single battery charge. We made sure to bring a paddle just in case.
