Max Executive Apartments in Johannesburg

We loved our stay in Johannesburg. The location was within walking distance of a grocery store and several restaurants. When we had an issue with our stove, the staff quickly responded with a replacement. We did have someone (who was possibly intoxicated?) try to get into our apartment at night while we were staying there, which was startling. We called the front desk and they said they would look into it. Staff was concerned with the safety around the building at night and one of their security staff walked with us to the neighborhood grocery store the first evening, which was very kind.

Housekeeping was very good, they would come and clean and tidy up every day if you like. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint was load-shedding, right in the middle of washing my clothes the electricity shuts down which lasted for about 2-3 hours, in turn, my clothes were stuck in the washing machine for a few hours.

We had to practically bed for clean towels. Everyday when they did bring them, they were still wet. The staff came across as being nice, but the cleanliness, willingness to provide good customer service was absent in all areas. I have to check out of the hotel two days early and they refused to give me a refund. Hence for reasons of laziness, subpar customer service and refusal to give me a refund, I rate them a 2 overall.

Friendly service and promt assistance. Well done staff. Comfortable spacious unit, in lovely block, just needs to be cleaned nicely on arrival of guests..windows very dirty, furniture had stains and old, needs to be upgraded and steam cleaned.

雖然價格不高與前次入住環境有別

馬桶坐墊已被破壞，入住時沒有維修，電腦椅輪子(5輪)其中一輪已被拔除，無法坐穩，浴室兩水龍頭皆無法有效控制水量，一定要開啟最大量，造成水噴四處，入住兩夜其中一天交代櫃檯前往打掃未果。

O apartamento é muito espaçoso e limpo.. as instalações são novas. A localização é boa. À noite, entretanto - e acredito que isso eh um mal de toda johanesburgo - a rua fica deserta. Fora isso, os ruídos fizeram com que minha noite não fosse tão agradável. Tive uma noite mal dormida no local, pois de quinze em quinze minutos fazia um barulho alto, como se fosse um cano com alta vazão de água. Fora isso, parece que estavam fazendo uma festa no hotel, na qual ouvíamos barulhos constantes de pessoas correndo e gritando no corredor.

Well equipped apartment

These apartments are very well equipped. We arrived a little early for check in, but they had a room ready so let us check in early. They also upgraded us to a two bedroom apartment even though we booked a studio. They also let us have a late check out for free at noon. Overall very good apartments.

Boa escolha para quem quer se hospedar em Sandton

Hotel com boas instalações, apartamento amplo, com 02 quartos, sala de estar, sala de jantar e cozinha bem equipada, inclusive com máquina de lavar roupas que para nós que estávamos viajando há 06 dias foi bem útil. Boa localização, excelente bairro, com supermercado bem próximo e um bom centro comercial. Funcionários educados e prestativos, mas estávamos em 04 pessoas e sempre colocavam 03 toalhas no quarto e precisávamos pedir a quarta. Voltaria a me hospedar.

Didn’t have one nights sleep out of 6 nights. Checked out a day early through sleep deprivation Sixth night was bowled over by drunk patrons who crowded into elevator. The desk agent asked what I was waiting for and didn’t recognize me as a guest despite being there for 6 nights. He left me alone with an incoherent drunk guest holding a half drunk bottle of brandy while going to get ice bottle of brandy while getting ice that mad3 my decision to depart ASAP
