Great spa, not so great hotel.

Staff were great attitude wise. Room was very large, but the decor not my taste. Specifically booked a room with a balcony and first got given one without. Dinner was terrible. Covid had a big impact on this property. The spa was however amazing.

We went in for a day spa. The staff were welcoming and went far and beyond to make us feel welcome. Accolades to the manager on duty who was extremely nice

Good, but was expecting twin beds and got King bed. Not appropriate when two men have to sleep on a King bed after booking twin beds.

Excellent

We were extremely happy with our stay, service and location was excellent. However, i would appreciate if clear signs are erected showing the reception area. Due to lack of proper signs, we parked at the old section near the spa and after 10 mins were directed to the reception area. This was the only problem we experienced. overall we had a very good stay.

Not expected at a 4 star hote.

Place needs a serious revamp and proper management. almost no water pressure in the rooms and no plugs next to the bed. And they cant be bothered to organise an extension cord for us. Only instant coffee in the rooms and at breakfast. TV picture quality is terrible and the bathrooms can do with some spring cleaning. The Spa was great though.
