“Newly renovated property. Decor was lovely! Lawn games of bags, bocce and chess board; Indoor and outdoor pool are great. Fire pits were nice in the evening. Bike rentals available and putt putt golf nearby. Capt Parker’s Pub was yummy nearby restaurant.”

“This “ Motel” needs a whole lot of updating. Upon entering the room we noticed there were ants everywhere. So bad that our bed and cupboards were literally infested with them. We told the lady at the front desk and she sprayed vinegar and that was it. We had then crawling on us while trying to sleep. DISGUSTING. The tv dud not work at all the first night. Just buffered because apparently it’s wifi cable and we were told basically nothing they could do because the internet was slow. However……

“Everything was excellent! We forgot a pair of glasses that my husband needs to see with and we hadn’t realized it. The receptionist kept calling and calling until he was able to get in contact with us. Thank you so much for that!”

“The hotel was nice, you get a free breakfast every morning with a variety of options. The hot breakfast is something different everyday. They do fresh cookies every night at 8. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate is availble all day. The coffee was not always hot. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful with anything we needed. They have an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub in the indoor pool area and an outdoor sitting area.The only complaint I have is the hotel was dog friendly which is fine……

“I'm a Cape Cod native. This is my spot! Great views ,arcade, breakfast, friendly staff, hottub, pool indoor and outdoor. Inside bar that is photo worthy. Fire pits outside. Good price. Will always come back for a little getaway.”

“Property was a bit gloomy, it served its purpose I guess. Coffee machine in room needs cleaning and should be replaced daily, along with amenities in bathroom. Walls are very thin, you can hear every conversation and air conditioner is very noisy.”

“We stayed here for three days on Memorial Day weekend. The king size bed was excellent as well as the table 2 chairs and a couch. We’re planning on coming back when we need to find a place to stay. That’s not really expensive. And had a microwave small refrigerator like under the counter, but it was a larger than what you find in other hotel rooms. If you just looking for a comfortable place without being on the beach and paying over price hotel rooms, this is a good find”

“The shower had hair all over. The pool in pictures looks to be an indoor open pool but was empty and closed We checked out the next morning even after paying another night and found a different hotel.”

“This was the first time I have stayed in a motel in decades so I was pleasantly surprised at how updated, nicely decorated and clean the room was. I chose this place due to the close proximity to Hyline ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. The room was large with a comfy seating area but bathroom was very tiny and quite a tight space to maneuver in. I would have preferred a standup shower instead of tub/shower combo but it worked. The bed was very comfortable with crisp new sheets and pillows. We chose a……
