"We had a comfortable stay over Christmas. The house was clean on arrival and is in a great location, just a short walk to the restaurants and bars, which was very convenient.Colin was an excellent host, extremely responsive and always ready with helpful local recommendations.The property suited our group of six well, and we found it comfortable overall. For larger groups, the communal areas might feel a bit limited since there isn’t quite enough seating in the living area for everyone at once. Also, there weren’t any speakers or a TV in the main space, so adding a few more amenities could make it feel even more homely and inviting.Overall, it was a good stay in a great spot with a very attentive host. We’d happily recommend it, especially for smaller groups"
