“The rental was cute, clean spacious had thoughtful amenities like a clothes steamer which saved me to get ready for an event that I was attending. Nice lighting the balcony was quaint as well. My only complaint was that there wasn’t creamer and shower soap which was minimal. I really enjoyed my stay and would book again.”

I asked if our price included service and she said it did indeed include service. She apologized and brought what we needed up in spite of her working by herself. The website indicated sound proof rooms and we could hear everything in the hallway, we were next to the ice machine in room 400. This was the first time at a Double Tree as……

“I've been to worse, however having a disabled person in our party and it not being disclosed that there weren't any elevators, let's just say getting him ( a 6'2 205 lb man) up and down stairs wasn't fun. The water was 2 temps, scalding or freezing. The "included breakfast " was 3 types of cereal, wheat or white bread or plain bagels that you could toast and that was it. It was clean enough, oh and the air conditioning wasn't all that great either, we had the air on 70° but had to sleep without……

“The rooms were clean and spacious. Front desk was not very welcoming and house keeping was not helpful. The property is close to restaurants and highway access which is amazing but to access Armoury Road during busy times is almost impossible. Bed was on tge soft side and large work station if traveling for work. Plenty of parking. Located behind a fun place that has go carts, mini putt, arcades, driving range (walkable from hotel). Breakfast was very minimal with defrosted Egos, bread, cereal……
