Great location in Tree Streets

My hubby and I stayed 3 nights. The area is quiet and safe to walk. The directions for check in were detailed and the host responded to our questions quickly. The apartment was as shown in the pictures and clean. The bed was a little firm (for us). The shower was great. Plenty of kitchen items to be able to cook at the apartment. Overall we had a good stay and would look to rent again if we need just a one-bedroom.

Everything about this place was perfect. It’s in a great little neighborhood near the University with easy access to all parts of JC. It had everything I needed. The bed! OMG, the bed. Suuuupppperr firm, but once I fell asleep I stayed asleep and did not move! The host was exceptionally responsive. You will not request reserving this unit!

Relaxing and unpretentious.

The stay was pleasant. Cleanliness was immaculate. The space was spacious, bright and uplifting. The kitchen was very functional and well provided with the basics. The dishwasher, washer and dryer all worked without a hitch. Hot water was plentiful and good water pressure. Best of all, the host was extremely responsive to our inquiries and needs, not that we needed very much. The host even provided K-pods for the Kurig coffee maker!

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this unit and the third time I’ve stayed in one of this company’s properties. This is one is my favorite!! It’s always clean and has everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s close to everything, easy to find, and in the best neighborhood! The guy upstairs did snore pretty loud some nights, but there is a white noise machine in the drawer and a fan in the closet, so I was able to block it out.

Wonderful accommodations for a weekend visit to ETSU! Unit was just as descibed on the lower level of a cute home right beside the university.
