Theresa’s home was clean and tidy. She was very kind and helpful with our stay.It was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for a couple nights stay.We were there on a Boone lake fishing trip. The home is only 10 minutes from the boat ramp we used, so it was the perfect location for us.I would definitely book again if in the area!

Beds were super comfortable, house was clean and comfortable. My boys LOVED the surprise treats on the table when we got there. The game room wasn’t great but we made the best of it and we still had fun. Would absolutely stay here again!

Owner was very responsive to messages and had no issues with the property. It's an older house so as long as your expectations aren't unreasonable it's a fine place to stay. Very quiet neighborhood, short dead end street, so if you're used to the country like me you can actually sleep here, unlike the noise of downtown rentals. Was perfect for our quick stay for a visit to ETSU, an easy 20 minute drive to campus.
