The girls loved it!

I brought my daughter and her best friend for a visit to ETSU and thought it would be fun for them to stay in the city. It was perfect, and they loved it! Beautiful property in a great location!

Short trip to visit family

We were in town for a couple days visiting family. We were not necessarily looking for downtown but if that was your goal it’s a great location. We enjoyed the cleanliness and it accommodated our family. The living room furniture is stylish but in my opinion not very comfortable. Everything else was 10/10. If back in the area we would rent again.

Four nights stay for wedding

We booked this property for a wedding in JC. The reviews and descriptions were 100% accurate. The location is right downtown, close to several nice restaurants and coffee shops. The room is a bit noisy as the party went on until about 2am Saturday night. You can hear it all until the police sent everyone home. The room was spotless and very roomy. The living room furniture isn’t the most comfortable I’ve ever sat in but ok. The only issue we had was a very very slow draining tub and a bit of light water pressure. Parking was easy except Saturday night when it took us a while to find one.

Great location for attending the Appalachian league baseball games and visiting Grandfather mountain. Clean apartment with lots of food options within walking distance. Knowing that the stairs was only entrance to upstairs apartment would have been nice to know before arrival. Overall good stay.

Great place but noisy

If I owned a rental property it would be just like this one. Perfectly set up & had just enough things to make your stay comfortable. Interior design was gorgeous. Love her style. Although the living room furniture was cute, it wasn’t comfortable. Beds are really comfortable. It’s in a perfect location to everything in walking distance. The only draw back was that it was EXTREMELY NOISY AT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT! Don’t come here on the weekends if you don’t want to hear a party going on. At 3 am my husband and I finally went to the 2nd bedroom away from the Main Street window and shut the door. It was a-shame. Because I love this rental! Shocked the cops don’t try to quiet this down a bit. I guess it’s college kids that are spilling out of the two bars across the street.

Home waiting on home!

Stayed while we waited for our house to be completed. Space is very pleasant and has everything you would need. It is noisy from traffic and bars, but mostly just weekends. The sound machines by bed help greatly with that- ha! Parking on street during week can be a nightmare at times. Laundry expensive for us because we stayed over a month and it’s $3 per load to wash and dry, but it’s convenient down the hall. Very cozy little place and decorated nicely. Highly recommend.
