「I didn't get to use this home. I never received any communication regarding how to check in etc. I sent multiple messages to the owner over the two weeks prior to my trip without any response. They require you to purchase trip insurance, which was paid...but as I booked using a pay app site - I will not be paying for this rental. 」

「My husband and I were in Olathe for Thanksgiving and enjoyed our eight night stay here. The condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. It snowed during our stay and our driveway was shoveled promptly. We visit family in Olathe two to three times a year and we would gladly stay at the condo again. 」
