Hotel staff was beyond accommodating. Very wonderful from the beginning to the end of our stay. We had such a lovely room. It was very quiet. My daughters enjoyed the indoor outdoor pool. Definitely would stay here again in the future.

Courteous staff, clean room. Only had an issue with the comforter being stained too much for my liking but it was replaced with a better one immediately! Loved the breakfast and lobby. Definitely, have to try the heated pool next time. I love this hotel, overall!

Staff was excellent, but the rest not so much. I kept smelling urine in the hallway. The room curtains were shredded and didn’t close. Shower tub needed new traction: I nearly slipped and fell. Room temp was too warm no matter how much I turned it down. But the bed was comfy and clean.

Choose this hotel for the family/kids. It was brutally cold, they were shivering and couldn't enjoy a show in the room as there was only minimal channels (no kid shows) either. Purchased two breakfast meals, wish they made it more affordable for the rest of the family. If I had to choose again, I wouldn't try this hotel over the others unless we could make it more kid/family friendly.
