“The bed was good, and the bedding and pillows were fluffy and comfortable. The room also had all the things that you expect including dispensers for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower and soap and lotion at the sink. The fridge and microwave came in handy, and the breakfast was substantial. It is also in a convenient location. I was, to be honest, very pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite.
