Initially I was given a room that had a refrigerator not working properly and the phone didn't work for me to timely let them know, I went down to the front desk and the employee was friendly and worked quickly to get me into another room. Everything after that went very well. The price for the amenities was a good deal.

I stayed here for three months and they only changed my sheets one time. You’re supposed to have housekeeping every two weeks, but it would be several weeks before my trash got changed or I got clean towels.

Parking is bad. People with not disability parking in the those spaces. If you pay on the day you book your stay. They charge yo u supposedly $100 for early pay and should refund you, but they don't. Rooms were clean but the bathrooms needed alot of upgrading

Elevator hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Halls were dirty. My room floor was dirty and gritty. My room's television did not work. Called the front desk - no clear plan - ho hum attitude. My room's air conditioner did not work correctly as it ran constantly and would barely keep the room cool. On my return the second day my key card would not work. No one was in the front office and no one answered the telephone on the wall. One man waited about an hour to check in on his reservation and I waited 45 minutes to get a key that would let me in my room. On the return of two girls, no apology or explanation. Ex-Convicts were running around in the halls from room to room. Overall the place was filthy, staff didn't care, standard equipment didn't work, and as a retired law enforcement officer I didn't even feel safe.

Water temperature has two settings, scalding hot and off. Hard to get a bar of soap. Two pancake pillows for a queen size bed and unable to get any more. Broken vending machine. Kitchenette in the room but not pots, pans, glasses, or dishes. No ice machines and no ice cube trays. No "do not disturb" sign for the door. Would not stay here again.

Our first room we went to was not clean. They quickly gave us a new room. No one was at the front desk. We had to call. The woman was not friendly. Not enough towles.

I stay at this hotel everytime im in town. I usually call this place home anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months at a time. The staff are helpful and always ready to make your home away from home less painful!

The room was mostly clean, but the bathrooms don’t look to have been deep cleaned in years. There is no comforters, so if you need more than a single blanket and a sheet you need to bring your own. Also be ready to wake up early as there were no curtains only blinds causing the sun to brighten up the room super early in the morning. On the outside there was trash all over the ground and you can see lint build up on the side of the building next to the door that you go in to check in.

It is right off a major highway and the room we had was on the side of the highway and does not have black out curtains, or any curtains at all for that matter. We had to ask for another blanket to hang on the windows to try and block light/sound. The walls are also paper thin, we could hear our neighbors up, down and to the side. No staff on site after 10pm and at 10pm we had someone literally jumping off their bed above us for 20 minutes and when trying to call the after hours number, it doesn’t forward anywhere so had to call the other WoodSpring and they got ahold of someone to address it. If you are literally just there to sleep, and don’t mind noise or lights, it’s okay for the price. I felt like a hostel would have been a better choice.
