「My first time in a VRBO and it was great. The decor was perfect. We were having a Christmas family gathering and was wondering how to get a tree and decorations in. The house was already set up for Christmas. Beds were comfortable.」

「We planned a KC trip for a game at Kauffman Stadium and for a day at Oceans of fun but aren't fans of staying in KC. The Cottage was the best thing would could have done. The host was amazing. We thought we needed to check in earlier ahead of time and they were going to accommodate that. Cottage was clean and set up so perfect. My 2 daughters loved it. 「The place was fine, but the cost for what you get doesn’t make sense. It’s smaller in person than the pictures make it seem, and it isn’t very homey feeling. The biggest problem besides the cost is that it’s maybe 100 feet away from the train tracks, which are very busy. I ended up not staying there for most of the trip because it just wasn’t comfortable. The location (walkable to downtown Overland and local pool; peaceful tree-lined streets); the yard (squirrels and bunnies and fireflies); the unit (spacious; clean; well maintained; beds and bathrooms for everyone; great kitchen); and the hosts (responsive, helpful). On top of a perfect rental, everyone that we met in town and in the neighbourhood was just so friendly. 100% recommend!」
