I inadvertently booked a room at this hotel thinking it was the Motel 6 in Overland Park, which was very nice. I wish there was a -option, this place shouldn't be in business.

The AC didn’t work we changed Room three times. It was at 1.90° in our room. The Internet kept going out the microwave in one room didn’t work. It looked like there was blood splatter on the wall. I had to clean my own bathroom due to it, not being clean from the previous person under the beds were disgusting. I wouldn’t even let my four-year-old on the floor to play.

Staff very friendly, I ended up checking out a day early because there were roaches crawling around the floor in my room, the air-conditioner did not work so it was hot and the ground felt gross to walk on. 1 weird thing that happened mid morning was some guy who said he was maintenance wanted to come in and check the TV. The TV was fine I didnt complain about that at all. I told him I was good but knocked 3 more times saying maintenance. I didnt open the door just told him no and after 3 minutes he left.

Room was very dirty. Mold on the bathroom ceiling, stains on the sheets. Looked like the room had never been cleaned. Smelled of cigarettes. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel. Would NOT recommend.

Basically the second room I was put into after the TV had no signal was poorly cleaned, bedside table and phone had not been cleaned from previous guest. Flooring between the two beds had not been cleaned was soiled and sticky. Ventilation and return air vents were heavily dirty with dust and possibly mold. The exhaust fan in bathroom so encrusted in dirt and dust didn't work. TV in second room didn't have a signal either and even after front desk rebooted did not have a signal Water pressure sucks and it was difficult to get rinsed during shower. I will put out the extra money next time for higher rated accommodations. It was awful.

We paid extra for the room with the microwave and refrigerator. The mini fridge was small and we had difficulty fitting in our gallon beverage (same shape as a gallon of milk) and our take out food. The mini fridge does not have a freezer. The table and chairs were a nice touch and might be more useful near the microwave and refrigerator. The queen size bed was pushed up about three inches to the wall, if moved away from the wall for access, it blocked the access to the power outlet. There was a bit of overall maintenance that should be addressed (liquid streaks on the bathroom walls which did not look like it was from water) and other damage to the walls such as cracks and toe molding separated from the wall (most likely started as water damage). There was a single pest seen on the morning of our last day. This was mentioned to the staff and they appeared to be appreciative of being made aware. The room was on the lower level and convenient to get to from the parking lot. The staff I worked with were friendly.
