「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」

「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. 「Very good 」

「The 2-bed room is next to a busy road. Very noisy! But the bed is good」

「Sweet staff, spacious rooms and a nice hot tub and indoor pool!! 😊」

「前台服务周到，客房宽敞整洁」

Things didn't improve much as we made our way to our room on the third floor. The hallway carpet was badly stained...

「I got an old, dirty and smelly room. But the front desk service and the restaurant are not bad.」

「Staff is very helpful. Rooms are nice and well-maintained. Continental breakfast was delicious!」

「The plug outlets for plugging in a phone charger were so worn out , we had to keep the plug up just to stay plugged in the outlet to charge our devices . The bathroom was so gross and needs updated and the sink didn’t drain well. The place smelled of cigarette smoke . And when I went to check out at 6:30 am no one was at the desk for me to check out. I took the keys back to the room. I will never get a room at your hotel ever again!」
