「The hotel is located in the central of Wellington, Many attractive tourist spots are within walking distance. There are fast food shops and a large supermarket just directly opposite to the hotel entrance. The hotel room, especially the bathroom with Crabtree bath amenities, is spacious and comfortable. Although the hotel was built in 1928, it has been newly renovated with a signature scent. We have enjoyed our stay in the hotel and would highly recommend it. 」

「Really good selection of foods, hot or cold for breakfast. Unique styling made the hotel interesting. We enjoyed staying here. 」

「hotel staff did not perform duties satisfactorily. My friend and I requested them to book a taxi from hotel to airport trip. However, the booking was not made. We found out when we double checked in the evening. In addition, the requested morning call did not happen. the staff who cleaned our room let hairs laid on the toilet ground....」

「位置就在市中心非常棒的地點，出來左轉就有貢茶（珍珠奶茶）超市、麥當勞都在這條街上。浴室內有身體乳液，洗髮精、沐浴乳都有提供，房間內有保險箱和「微波爐」都是非常棒的，晚上肚子餓隨時都可以加熱食物。 唯一的缺點我會說是網路，免費提供的網路速度非常慢，傳送40張照片要給家人都傳不出去，只能開自己的行動網路，要付費一天9元紐幣左右，才會有升級的網路… 另外在我們退房的那一天早上9點，被陌生男子直接用房卡開門，但因為我只穿內衣褲就沒把門整個打開看那人的長相，所以無法確定他是不是飯店的打掃人員或是被其他旅客用房卡打開我們的門！！」

「It was such a pleasure stay! We were staying with connecting rooms - newly refurnished, nice and clean! The bed was super comfortable ! The waterfront view looking out from the window was a bonus! The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful - offloaded our luggage’s & delivered them to our rooms straight before we got in the rooms! Will definitely come back!」

「It's a nice place for family to stay. The room is clean but there's was a group of students stay next with us so it's quite noisy. The female shower room light doesn't work.」
