“Great location. Next to Queen street train station, Buchanan street, George Square and much more. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was equipped with laundry, dishes, and toiletries. Could have a few more amenities to make it more comfortable. One thing to be aware of is that there’s no elevator and there are several flights of stairs. Not ideal for people with mobility issues.”

“The room looks nice, and I think the location is good. However, the maintenance could definitely be better. There’s no elevator, and the fan really needs a good cleaning. There were also no instructions on how to use the Google controller, which I think is also the thermostat. After about two hours of going back and forth by email, they finally told me to use the panel on the boiler to adjust the room temperature. As someone from Thailand, I’m not used to dealing with a giant boiler connected……

“Room is spacious and comfortable. All furniture have nice finishes. Has full kitchen and cooking appliances. The bar stools on the island are a bit too high however, so we have to stand while eating. Great location in the city center. Parking is decently easy once you find it. There is a homeless shelter right near the entrance, so it’s a bit uncomfortable. The rooms are a bit hard to find, and a longer walk from the car park, but the staff tried to provide detailed instructions to facilitate.”

“L’appartement est neuf et confortable. Néanmoins nous avons noté des traces d’humidité très importantes entre la cuisine et une des chambres, des miettes sous les coussins des canapés, pas de tables ni de chaises pour déjeuner, un nombre important d’ampoules déficientes, une lampe cassée, et surtout un congélateur qui ne se ferme plus du fait de l’accumulation de glace, Les chauffages des deux salles de bains ne fonctionnent pas.
