Room is spacious and comfortable. All furniture have nice finishes. Has full kitchen and cooking appliances. The bar stools on the island are a bit too high however, so we have to stand while eating. Great location in the city center. Parking is decently easy once you find it. There is a homeless shelter right near the entrance, so it’s a bit uncomfortable. The rooms are a bit hard to find, and a longer walk from the car park, but the staff tried to provide detailed instructions to facilitate.

Convenient and comfortable

We stayed overnight to catch a Rabbie's Tour the next day. Having the washer/dryer in the penthouse suite was helpful but we had to get the head housekeeper to show us how to use it correctly. It's not intuitive. We also eventually figured out that the thermostat in the hall controls heat in every room, though you can moderate the radiator. It also makes the towel racks get hot in all the bathrooms. That information would have been helpful in the beginning. We used the hot water heater closet with the laundry racks for finishing drying clothes or those that couldn't go on the dryer, and shoes. The place was great to stay in and we stayed again after our Tour.

The penthouse was a tremendously good deal. I highly recommend it even if you don’t need all the bedrooms as the living room is nice and spacious with views (a wall of windows) and a walk out deck. Also, I have an aversion to carpet and this entire apartment was hardwood floors, which my son saw them mopping when he arrived early so it was very clean.

Great place if you want to see central glasgow!

Overall this apartment hotel has been great and lovely to stay in numerous amenities were covered such as 2 tablets for the clothes washer and some other simple areas such as body wash and hand wash etc will definitely go here again! However initially trying to enter this place can be a bit confusing at first as you will be emailed a code that is for both the safe (for your keys to your room) and the front entrance. The beds were clean and comfy to sleep on and the noise levels despite being near numerous clubs is quite low! So i can confidently say if you or a family need a place to stay in central this is a great place to choose from!

Goods and bass

Good stay but no checkin information what so ever. Had to call a emergency number and after 10 min a janitor opened a door but couldn’t help us with a key. Took another 20 min for him to get a code so that we could get a key. Bad that you need to pay a deposit. Area is very bad but apartment is nice.
