“We stayed for a week so we were told we would not have housekeeping unless requested. I requested on Wednesday to have room cleaned Thursday. Thursday morning I requested again. Then my husband requested before noon and finally after 4th request later Thrusday afternoon it was cleaned. While it was nice to have the carpets cleaned, they really should have let us know in advance. Walking on wet carpet for the day was not nice. To their credit they did give us several bath mats.”

“The room was clean and enjoyed staying in the kitchenette suites with full size refrigerator and freezer, microwave and 2 burner stove. The beds were comfortable and offered hot breakfast with eggs, potatoes and sausage including waffles. Definitely would stay there again.”

“Carol is just the sweetest lady ever, very kind and helpful. Takes pride in her property. Room was spacious and clean.”

“Staff was very helpful and friendly.”

“Well, let’s start with the toilet being broken every single day. They would “fix” it and the it would be immediately broken again. If we wanted to use the rest room, we had to go down to the lobby. Maid services are by request only. Every day we’d request and out of 4 days they came once. I travel monthly for work and will never stay again.”

“I booked this room because it said 2 suite with 4 queen size beds and 2 sofa beds. I was traveling by myself with 5 pre-teens. When I checked in I was informed that it was actually 2 separate rooms with no connecting door. They were right next to each other. When I explained to the front desk that it was a problem they told me it wasn't their problem it was the problem of the 3rd party I booked with. I booked through Expedia. When I called Expedia I was told it wasn't their problem it was VRBO's……

“Had everything we needed”

“This is a nice clean and quiet hotel. I have stayed here before and it was great then as well. The staff member who checked me in was friendly and welcoming. The room had a nice view of the mountains to the west. Having the full kitchen and fridge was nice, and the separate desk and dinner table were great so I didn’t have to pile everything on one surface. I liked the fireplace in the lobby and it might be a nice place to sit and read or surf YouTube and relax”

“No amenities, really, but the room was fine and I slept well.”
