My experience on a two-night stay at this location was exceptional. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and cool with AC. No lingering odors. The king-sized bed was truly comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally clean with no odor and well-stocked with shower amenities, etc., and more. I highly recommend this place to anyone, giving it 4+ stars.

I had a horrible view and they tried to charge me for a car that I did not have. Horrible stay. My room overlooked the dump. After traveling thousands of miles disappointing view. I asked to changed room and I was jerked around and tje room was never changed.

The hotel is in the final stages of a complete renovation. Our room was immaculate with the most modern amenities. However, the drawbacks were some construction materials on the floor in certain areas (this is understandable) and the restaurant was relocated to the new conference room. We had breakfast twice. It was hot and delicious and hostess Kayley could not have been more attentive! We can’t wait to return for vacation next year when all the work will have been completed!

The amenities were unavailable. No pool, no fitness center, no business center, no sundries available. Even the restaurant/ bar were disappointing. Food was undercooked. The hotel had LESS to offer than the 2-star Comfort Inn. I should have booked there. The cost was not fair for the value.
