Receptionist very arrogant and not customer relations material. Luckily the manager was very helpful. Should seriously filter out these bad staff that gives this good place a bad name

10日間滞在しました 良かった点 スーパーやあちこち行くには中心地で便利でした シャワーの出がよく快適でした ハウスキーパーの方はお願いした事をちゃんとやってくれた カーシェアSOCARがあり便利でした 悪い点 プール付きを探し選んだのに三日間使えなかった キッチン重視でホテルではなく、コンドミニアム選んだのにコンロが使えず、追加料金をとられた お皿等備品が少ない お水やタオル、トイレットペーパー、ハウスキーピング(毎日と書いてある)が何度も言わないと駄目 ハウスキーピングが子供がいるのに夕方か夜遅くで困った 洗濯機が三回目使用した時下から水があふれキッチンが 受け付けの一人の方だけが全く聞いてくれない、何度も言わないと駄目、無愛想

Remote comfort

Great apartment, gym, pool and security. Location is remote but condusive to tranquillity. Grab fares are reasonable enough. Very limited convenience store next door.

Fantastic accommodation for the price! Only suggestion is probably should provide more towels as we was only had one. Location is rather close to KSL and holiday plaza, probably not walking distance, but a very short drive.

It was spacious, good and cheap. However the cleanliness is bad. There’s stains on the bedsheet, I’ve stayed there a lot of times, there’s stains on bedsheet each time I go, I hope they did change the sheets.

Centralize located, the self-drive traveller doesn't think to have an issue to locate the place. The apartment was nicely furnished, air-con plus ceiling fan is good. various areas of the bathroom were rusty, water pressure is ok, be it we stayed 20+ floor. Include 02 bath towel, shower gel and soap only. The bed is not very comfortable, for a one night stay, it was bearable.

This property is not interested in providing as service apartment as not allowed to use the cooker only for six months residents not enough cutlery and utensils and far from central JB manager has no power to change rooms or provide assistance to clients very disappointed with management

Although property is new, its cleanliness needs to be improved as there were marks on bed sheets and toilet cover. Also, they could have provided a bigger waste bin or an additional waste bin in the room. Despite these, I like the scenery from high floor and its spaciousness. Also, it has a beautiful rooftop pool.

Super cozy hotel with excellent service

It was a splendid experience staying at 1 Tebrau Suites. The rooms were in an excellent condition, the staffs were friendly and helpful. The location is just a little awkward as everything is a drive away. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
