酒店設施是五星級酒店質素，時尚摩登，乾淨衛生，服務佳，員工有禮貌。 酒店在CIQ旁邊，距離關口／JB sentral 約5分鐘步行時間。 我住的是海景套房，面向 CIQ，遠眺新加坡。 缺點是酒店附近沒有便利店，要購買日用品要步行前往 JB Sentral 附近。酒店穿梭巴士班次不頻密。 不過如果下次再去新山，必定會再選這間。

前枱員工態度傲慢，本人一家3口入住，原本房價已包加床，但第一晚居然無加床，連刷牙用品，浴巾都只提供一套於房內，housekeep要call 3,4次先有反應。早餐需付費，唔好食，不多選擇

Spacious room, gave off a comfortable feeling upon stepping in the room. Beds was clean,towel was clean, toilet and shower area was clean and spacious. The only down point is the toilet bowl gave off odour at the start but after half a day the odour dispensed. In a nut shell the room and environment is quite good and would definitely chopse this accomodation when re visiting JB

This is my third time staying here and I generally enjoy staying at this hotel. This time unfortunately it seemed that my room hadn't been cleaned properly. There was still food from from the previous occupant in the fridge and the shower had quite a few hairs in it.

Well appointed property that's just next to Malaysian CIQ. Room was big and comfortable and it looked very new. Price was very reasonable for what I experienced.
