Old hotel, ok for overnight stay in transit.
The hotel was old and under renovation. Staffs are polite and helpful, and the food at breakfast in the cafe was OK. The room smelled a little bit when we entered but after the air conditioning was turn on for a few minutes it was ok. Bath towels look old and we used our own towels. In summary the renovation work is much needed and a bit overpriced.

amazing to find everything of city tour is near by. this is small and old hotel, but so easy to access everything of sightseeing, shopping, dinning and cultural advanture.

經智遊網購買機+酒，以為全部搞定了，沒想到入住時，還要支付十元稅金，不知道是酒店沒說明，還是智遊網沒標示，或是我沒看清楚。

地點不錯，鄰近city square，走一會就到JB Sentral或CIQ，不過酒店大堂位於內街，比較難找。房間沒有窗戶，望不到外面，不是人人能夠接受。整潔度尚可，不過如果是兩個人入住房的話可能會覺得有點小。

衛生一般，員工服務態度還可以
員工服務態度都唔錯，係房間衛生唔太好！有好多蟻，係大堂仲見到有蟑螂！早餐選擇真係好少，少到真係食五分鐘就已經食晒！不過酒店地點都幾好！

交通便利
交通便利就在車站旁，也有購物中心。 房間整體大面積算乾淨，角落細節有汙點但不影響。雖然很驚險的遇上爆水管走廊都是水淹進房間，但也緊急換房還升等房間。 電梯有點慢，所以有狀況時工作人員沒法立即到，但態度都很好。

職員有禮貌，有保安當值 十分近關口，來回新加坡十分方便 可惜床上用品質素一般和Wifi不穩定。

没有什么值得推荐的
类似快捷酒店，前台只能说英文，而且口音重，房间旧，窗是封死的，床单有黑印，换了一间还是差不多。我们是新加坡陆岸到吉隆坡中转一晚，酒店虽然在JB SENTRAL旁，但要走天桥绕，而且长途车次少，建议住lakin车站附近，去吉隆坡的车多从那里发车

The location is good with short distance from CIQ (Malaysia Custom) it is convenient walking to the shopping malls and bus for transiting to Singapore. Breakfast is ordinary fair but I like to eat hot tasty food . The lock of the door was always malfunction . Staffs are nice. Ants are seen all the time in the windowsill of bathroom. We would definitely come back for its convenience location.

Good customer service.unacceptable smelly ,humid
good location coz near JBsentral but basically it cant be told a hotel. and the family room is totally not worth that price. I have changed the room twice but the room still is very humid, smelly like beside the pipe of the toilet. If just want an accommodation, it is convenient. However, the customer service is very good when we want to check out immediately. They can handle it fast and polite.

A Fair hotel at a Good location
Very inefficient check-in process. Rooms are not very clean. The only good thing about this hotel is it's location being close to the shopping malls and bus station, and My/Sg border.

亚航新山机场到JB SENTRAL有免费班车，住这里很方便去乐高乐园，有LM1公车
