TERRIBLE - not more than 1 night
TERRIBLE. The walls are so thin that you can ear people speaking ( very loudly, even at 5am) at the reception. If you turn on the air condition you can also ear the very loud noise of the water in the tubes. The bathroom was clean, the room was decent. In overall, considering the price, it is fine for one night no more.

Hi denis, we are sad to learn that you have a bad experience during your stay. May we find out which room you are staying? Our walls are all fire proof bricks. The sound proof should not be an issue. We will investigate internally who is speaking loudly at 5am in the morning at reception. Thanks a lot for your feedback, we will endeavour to improve on these aspects.

The bath tab did not function n the staff never change the room for us and we couldn’t bath n end up to check from the room with so much of disappointments in the early morning 6 am. Already late check but they never done anything clearly very very very terrible stay

Everything in the hotel is great for single occupancy, location is pretty bad as taxi is hard to come by, you have to “Grab” to get to where you want to go. Food is also hard to find as many shops around that area is closed.

Overall ok.. hotel still new.. clean... surrounding also bit new.. Important is 10 min from puteri harbour...

It is a small room. Since the hotel is still new, the toilet is clean. However, no instant drinks and kettle provided inside the room.
