「Breakfast time is too short」

「Bummer, room was a disaster when we walked in and transferred rooms. The gym was locked bc kids kept going in it. The business center computer was down both of them. The printer was messed up. The room lock case fell off our new room and battery was dead. We couldn't get in for an hour. The breakfast room was so packed that nothin was left by time we got down to eat so not even a cup of coffee until they got it refilled... And no food. Won't be back.」

「This was a horrible stay. Elevators weren’t working. People were complaining about a woman screaming. There was a man bleeding from head in hallway. I was kept up from 12:30-4:30 am by people screaming outside my door. Eventually cops came and broke into room across the hall and things quieted. It was scary. They did refund my stay at least. 」

「There was construction going on in my floor so noise late then early, and the road stank of cigarettes. Not a place I’ll recommend.」

「The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Old hotel. Needs an update. Carpet in the room was sticky and shower was hard to figure out. Old old fixtures. This is not a complaint but A train goes by the property several times in the night and blows the whistle about six times. We did not get a good nights sleep. I would not recommend」
