Here’s a clearer and more impactful version of your review: Terrible experience. My family and I traveled across the country to attend a funeral, only to have our reservation canceled on the day of our arrival. I had to repeatedly reach out to the host for an update and didn’t receive a response until our scheduled check-in time, when I was finally told they could not accommodate us. Being left without a place to stay during such a difficult time was incredibly stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend booking this property.
