The room was nice and the location good. However, the bathroom countertop was dirty, the shelves under the countertop had white powder on them, not sure what it was. We found our room wasn’t serviced after coming back from a long day at our grandsons funeral. When we called the front desk, we were asked if we had requested our service. Nowhere in the reservation or in the room did it indicate you would have to ask to have your bed made, garbage taken out and clean towels put in your room for the price paid I thought this was unacceptable.

This is the only hotel I would ever stay at in Jonesboro. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff cannot be beat for their friendliness and hopefulness. It’s also pet friendly with a great area for walking your dog outside. The Hilton Garden Inn checks all the boxes For the Best hotel!
