Pull up a stylish stool at the breakfast bar for a snack, or stretch out on the comfy sofa at this luxurious, ranch-style retreat. Later, step into the garden tub and unwind in the fresh air, surrounded by tall trees, or barbecue on deck with family and friends enjoying the life of the outdoors. The home features plush bedding and multiple family & eating areas in every room. This home is the perfect space for the all-girls or boys trip, family reunion, vacation, business retreat, or outing.

The property location is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, approximately 15 minutes to the airport and 20 minutes to the Downtown Atlanta area, depending on traffic (World of Coca Cola, GA Aquarium, Zoo Atlanta etc.). Less than a 5 min drive to Interstates 75 and 675 and a 10 min drive to Southlake Mall and a host of restaurants. Lake Spivey Water Park is within walking distance of the home. This out is great for families with children.


15 min drive to Atlanta Motor Speedway

The home is ranch style with a large master suite with an attached den and garden tub, and a deluxe kitchen made to cook with family and friends. The home also includes a deck, and a garage.



What makes this property unique is the location and level of comfort.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS of any type. Any attempts to have a party or event at this property will be shut down, guests asked to leave, and no refund. This property is strictly for lodging only.

Guests will have access to the entire home. A starter pack of toiletries will be included for your convenience. Additional toiletries will have to be purchased by guests if necessary.

As a courtesy to our guests, we're happy to provide early check-in and late check-out. Guests may check-in as early or check-out as late as 1pm for an additional $25 per hour. If you would like early check-in or late check-out, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements. The payment is due within 48 hours or immediately if booking same day. Subject to availability.

This one-acre, semi-wooded lot is in a quiet subdivision of one of the safest and appealing parts of South Atlanta, adjacent to beautiful walking trails. Downtown Atlanta, all major attractions, shopping and entertainment in Buckhead are around 20 minutes away. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS of any type. Replace any furniture that was rearranged.

Please Place Dirty Dishes in the dishwasher and run a normal Cycle.

Please TAKE OUT ALL THE TRASH and place it in the big black trash can in the back of the house.

Family weekend away for local soccer tournament. Quiet neighborhood. Older home mostly updated. Plenty of room for family of 6. Nicely furnished.. private lot.. Kitchen counters in poor repair and need to be replaced. Otherwise good value for cost.

The house was great overall. But the single beds were a little small for adult men. Larger beds would have been more comfortable. House was clean and presented well. Would definitely do it again.

Property was lovely. The back porch was where we spent most of our time. The neighborhood was great, with plenty of walking trails. Beds were comfy, and we slept so well. Bathroom was beautiful. Tub is one of the biggest I've seen. Very happy.

Managed to book at crazy time. Everything we had planned was cancelled the moment we got to the house. House was good. Plenty of rooms. Clean. Quiet neighborhood. Driveway could accommodate a few cars. Fairly close to stores (driving distance). Was in nice area to walk but we ended up leaving early. Overall good.

Everything was EXCELLENT from start to finish! The host was responsive and very helpful!! The house was very spacious, beautifully decorated and the location was very easy to get to. The house was spotless and the amenities were plentiful. I can go on and on about this lovely property!! I can't wait to rebook! Thanks for everything!

The house and neighborhood was just beautiful. The hosts answered messages very quickly. We ended in and the house smelled wonderful. We loved the decor. My husband and I had the master suite and we LOVED the room and our own private "living room". The fact that it's pet friendly was a definite plus! If the was one complaint it is the twin bed in the rear bedroom next to the window was extremely uncomfortable for my mom-in-law. I payed on it and it was. Other than that everything was perfect and we're looking forward to our next stay at that location when in the area again. KUDOS TO THE HOSTS!😊

We stayed here with friends on a weekend getaway to Stone Mountain. Home was beautiful and close to many attractions. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

House looks pretty nice. Everything was good... except cleaning... You need to hire good cleaners and pest control... On Master bedroom on the floor on the night we have been seen several cockroaches alive.... Was not such a really nice. And on the master bathroom cleaning guys was not clean well... on bathtub, shower and on sinks black hairs, and not such a clean. Check all things well before move guests in. Sorry about that review but we have been experience this kind of problems... I believe you will fix all that small things and You will have all 5 stars from each customer.

First I am only giving this property 1 star because you have to give it a star. I would give it no stars based on the property, and even worse the customer service of the owners. This property was described as non smoking. However when we arrived it smelled heavily of smoke. The floors were filthy with dirt, chips of tile from where the tile was cracking in the bathroom, and hair balls on the floor. There was an infestation of ants in the master bathroom. It was so dirty that we could not let our 16 month old daughter down the entire time. She had to be held or put in her pack and play the entire day we were there. We checked out 1 day early from our stay because it was so bad. When we let the property owners know that we had left early, and we requested a refund for the night not used, they got very defensive and would not give us the refund for the unused night. They knew that we were only staying there as we evacuated from Wilmington, NC, to get away from Hurricane Florence. They still refused to give us our money back for the unused night and threatened to contact their attorney if we disputed the charge. We have used homeaway many times and always had great experiences, but this experience was horrible. I would never do business with these people again and would strongly suggest that no one, especially families, stay there. The house looks like a foreclosure and needs a ton of work. I know some of the previous reviews said it was great, but those are not recent reviews. The most recent reviews speak to how bad this home is and I can confirm them.
