「This is a spacious home, with a beautiful front room that faces a pond. It's in a very relaxing location. Furniture is minimalist, could use an extra chair. On this trip, my sisters and I spent 3 days there and went to Barter theater to watch "Frozen." My nephew enjoyed the fishing. Great place, great show. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax.」

「Our family of 12 enjoyed a long weekend and it truly was Almost Heaven! From the amazing sunrises and sunsets to the fully appointed mountain cabin, we had an amazing time! Skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and downtown Asheville were all easy driving distances and offered fun for all!Great location and beautiful cabin atop your own mountain! Who could ask for more!」

「We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! The views were magnificent and very relaxing. The cabin has a fully stocked kitchen which made it easy while preparing our meals. The bedrooms were also fully stocked (no need to bring extra bedding). The property is located a good distance away from shopping, so it is best to bring your own provisions when first arriving. Also, take it easy on the mountain roads, as they are very windy and steep. The host was very easy to deal with and May was...

「Beautiful place right on the river.」

「Great, short stay at Mike's place. Cabin was cozy and had great amenities. Host communication was prompt and efficient. Would highly recommend.Two downsides:#1 - we couldn't stay longer!#2 - dogs across the street are kind of noisy...but that's not on Mike, just the nature of dogs.」

「Chuck and Valda are wonderful people. The cabin was spacious and the porch was immense. There were all kinds of games and things to do. 」
