The Lost Lobster Chalet - 3D Tours

Come enjoy this amazing Down East getaway, and create unforgettable memories! Watch awe-inspiring sunrises over the ocean where lobster boats tend their traps, eagles soar in the sky, and seals and loons play in Chandler Bay. Explore the local towns, take part in outdoor adventures, visit Acadia National Park and Cobscook Bay State Park or simply relax and enjoy the view from the comfort of the chalet. Enjoy the wrap-around deck, large private yard with foliage surrounding the oceanfront lot, plenty of parking for 4 vehicles, a cozy gas fireplace, and all the comforts of home with a lobster pot and cracker set, all dishes, silverware, coffee maker, and basic pots and pans for cooking or baking. Plus, for your convenience the home is available 24/7, and is pet friendly for responsible pet owners. There will be a credit card processing fee for any cancellations. The staircase down to the water in currently under repair following this year's catastrophic winter storms. Due to this, there is no access to the water on the property.

Great week on the water!

We enjoyed our week at the Lost Lobster. House was as advertised. Amazing views!!! I wish the stairs had been usable to get down to the water. Jason was very responsive to the minor issues we had. I would definitely come back.

Refreshing and relaxing

This was a great place to stay to get away from it all on Maine’s Bold Coast. The house was simple and clean with can’t beat views of the ocean from a wall of windows in the main living area. There is a nice private small lawn in the back. Though the piece of small coast just down the steps is rocky, there is a very nice sandy (at lower tide) beach a minute drive down the road. Jonesport is quiet but a good base to explore surrounding natural areas, hiking.

Amazing Maine Stay

This was an awesome experience for us and the hospitality of our hosts, Jason and Alex was wonderful! Their place is beautiful and when you walk in, you are simply just speechless by the beauty of the view out over the ocean. The house and property are very well kept and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well appointed, the tv and entertainment were solid and we slept very well. You definitely feel at home when you’re there and the view is the ticket. You can spend hours just enjoying the nature that is right in front of you! We look forward to returning soon and highly recommend it as a great getaway on the beautiful Maine coast. We also recommend going into Jonesport to look up Garet Beal on Beal’s Island for great live lobster off of the boat. He will definitely treat you right!
