Check in was the best part of my stay--pretty easy--in fact anyone showing up with my name could have had my room--no ID check?? I was asked if I wanted a smoking or non-smoking room--Non-smoking of course but either he made a mistake or the adjacent room(s) were overwhelming mine--horrible smell of cigarette smoke in the room and in the sheets. Above the bed were the remnants of a smoke detector--just a mounting plate and bare wires sticking out (live??? I didn't dare check). This room was not worth $20/night--certainly not $58 for the 5 hours or so that I was able to tolerate it.

Slum and loud place

It was a great price but once inside everything looked pretty decent and then bam the bathroom was awful it had feces smeared all over the door, ceiling, walls. I had to bleach the tub with my own supplies before I even considered giving my kids a bath and I was still hesitant. Looks to be a drug user motel or something. The person beside us was being loud as could be at 3-4 am woke my kids up. Yeah I’m very disappointed and would honestly like a refund just to be honest bc we left at 5 am due to noise

Nice, Reasonable and accomodating staff!!

This facility has WARM heat!!! Even on low cool!! It is cold up in the mountains where it is, and we went to bed with it on low cool. We woke up in the middle of the night very warm!! Had to turn on the air and open the door!! This hotel mgmt was very accomodating for allowing me a place to plug in my old diesel truck, which is necessary in cold weather. My heart thanks them for being so accomodating!!!

The room was clean, friendly staff, but the room was really outdated. The mini fridge was on the floor ( not on a table ) the microwave didn’t work. One pack of sugar, spoon and small pack of coffee if you dared getting low on top of the mini fridge to use it. Was charged 2.00 more then booked on Expedia.

I am in this area 4 nights a week for work and have been doing this for 3 months and i have to say service in these motels around here is non-existent. they advertize that they have daily housekeeping but they dont. In fact, during our 4 night stay we didnt see housekeeping at all. We had to use the same 2 towels and washcloths the entire time we've been here. My grandaughter finally saw some employees and she asked for some toilet paper which we were out of and was told that they were busy so we had to go buy some. It also says they have room service, thats a joke. The room is decent but the bathroom walls look like they were covered in mold and they just painted over it because you can still see it through the paint. There is no coffee in the rooms. The ice machine is broke and i dont think they plan to fix it. I have been here twice and its still broken. I thought I would give this place a second chance but i'm done. There wont be a third. This seems to be the "norm" for motels in this area. It blows my mind that you cant get something as basic as a clean towel and some toilet paper for what you have to pay to stay. They let people live here and we heard a couple of them arguing over money owed for drugs.

The motel was an older no frills motel. The beds were comfortable with clean linen but the comforters definitely needed washing and airing out. You have permanent and traveling people staying at the motel. Several permanent residents had vehicles torn apart working on their vehicles which created a dumpy rundown appearance.

Gross and disgusting

The hotel was disgusting. There were dark hairs on my sheets and in the bathroom. There were hundreds of bugs everywhere, especially gnats and flys. There was mold all over the bathroom ceiling. The floors were filthy. It was also in dire need of updating and maintenance. In addition, I was charged an extra $20 cash upon checkin and they refused to give me a receipt. I do NOT recommend staying in this dump.

The owners were friendly and helpful. The room overall was clean. But - the stairs and the walkways leading to the 2nd floor were covered with dried mud and dirt. When I got to my room, I noticed the bedspread had stains on the top and really bad soil on the underside. There was a toilet paper roll in the bathroom that had 4 or 5 squares on it and that was it; no spare roll. I tried to use the phone on the nightstand to ask for more and the phone was plugged into the wall jack, but it was completely dead. I had to walk down to the office and get more paper. I had to turn on the fan and run it all night because the highway traffic was so loud, and the person(s) in the room next to mine were up all night with the TV turned way up. The vibrations from semi trucks on the highway make the building shake a little. If you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend this place.

I know it was cheap hotel room, but they had ice machine unplugged and sign said ask for ice at office, i did and they said they didnt have any right now, i said when and they said i do not know. ALSO bed comforter is stained, bathroom was molded and the floor was so dirty when you walked from bathroom to the bed our feet got dirty and you could visibly see the dirt
